Matching his passions for endurance athletics with his degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University, Jack brings a scientific edge to coaching. His expertise in biomechanics and physiology, allows him to provide individualized coaching with a focus on maximizing performance with feedback from lab testing.
Jack comes from a running background with successes ranging from 400-meter sprints to the Boston marathon. He was a 3-time All-American in Track and Field and was named All-East in 2004 as a Division One athlete from the University of Connecticut. As a middle distance specialist, Jack features personal records of 48.9 in the 400 and 1:53:8 in the 800. After racing on the track in college he began racing multisport in triathlon and duathlons. He quickly ascended from his multisport race to an undefeated age group season in 2008, to then earn a professional license in 2010. Jack has been coaching athletes for over a decade with athletic successes ranging from sprints on track to Ironman distances. He loves working with athletes to ensure that their goals are reached and shares in every personal record. In addition, Jack has provided detailed bike fits to all levels of athletes ranging from new riders to international Pro Tour riders. He guarantees an increase in comfort and performance with all of his fits. |
